Thank you very much for your interest in Cedar Grove Christian Academy. We are happy to provide information concerning our program, which includes Preschool, Lower School, Middle School, and High School. This encompasses children from PreK through High School.
We also have a Discovery Center Program that provides individual therapy for children with learning disabilities. - Copy of Social Security Card
- Immunization Record
- Copy of current and previous year’s report card (grades 1-8)
- Copy of results from last standardized testing (grades 1-8)
- $100 fee
